Terms of service
These terms apply when you visit our website and buy Popsula products from us ("we", "us"). By placing an order you agree to them. Please read them together with our Returns and refunds, Shipping and Privacy policies.
1. Products and prices
We try to describe and show our products as accurately as possible. Colors can look slightly different on different screens. Prices are shown in US dollars. The final price, including any sales tax and shipping that apply, is shown at checkout before you pay.
2. Orders
Your order is an offer to buy. A contract is made when we confirm your order by email. We may cancel an order, for example if a product is out of stock or a price was shown by mistake, and in that case we refund any payment you made.
3. Payment
Payment is processed securely by our payment providers. We do not store your full card details.
4. Bundles, offers and free gifts
Some offers include free gifts or bundle prices. Offers apply only to the products and quantities named in the offer and cannot be exchanged for cash.
5. Shipping
Shipping is described in our Shipping policy. Title and risk of loss pass to you when the order is delivered.
6. Returns
Returns and refunds are covered by our 30-day guarantee, described in our Returns and refunds policy.
7. Using the product safely
Popsula is a kitchen measuring tool. Follow the instructions that come with it, and do not use it as a medical device. CR2032 batteries are included; keep batteries away from children.
8. Our website
All content on this website, including text, images and design, belongs to us or is used with permission. You may not copy it for commercial use without our written permission.
9. Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages, and our total liability for any claim relating to an order is limited to the amount you paid for that order. Some states do not allow these limits, so they may not apply to you.
10. Governing law and disputes
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of [State], without regard to its conflict-of-law rules. If you have a problem with an order, please contact us first through our Contact page — most issues are solved quickly that way.
