- Payment details are handled by our payment providers; we never see or store your full card number.
- Messages you send us, for example through the Contact page.
- Your email address if you sign up for our emails or offers.
- Device and usage information, such as your browser and the pages you visit, collected with cookies and similar tools.
How we use it
- To process and deliver your order and handle returns.
- To answer your questions and provide customer service.
- To send marketing emails if you signed up — you can unsubscribe at any time.
- To run, protect and improve our website, and to measure and show our ads.
- To meet legal obligations, for example keeping tax and accounting records.
Who we share it with
We share information with service providers who work for us: our e-commerce platform (Shopify), payment providers, shipping carriers, and email, analytics and advertising tools. We do not sell your personal information for money. If we use advertising cookies or pixels (for example from Meta), this may count as “sharing” for targeted advertising under some state laws; you can opt out at any time with “Cookie settings” at the bottom of every page.

We keep order information for as long as tax and accounting rules require, and marketing information until you unsubscribe.
