Shipping policy
Where we ship
We ship to addresses in the United States, from our US warehouse. You can see whether we deliver to your address at checkout.
Shipping costs
Shipping is free on orders of 2 spoons or more. For other orders, the shipping price is shown at checkout before you pay.
Processing and delivery time
Orders placed on a business day ship within 24 hours and usually arrive in 2–6 business days. Delivery times are estimates and can be longer during holidays, busy periods or because of carrier delays.
Tracking
When your order ships, we email you a shipping confirmation with a tracking link.
Sales tax
Sales tax is calculated at checkout where it applies, based on your delivery address.
Wrong address
Please check your address carefully at checkout. If you made a mistake, contact us as soon as possible. We cannot change the address after the order has shipped.
Damaged, lost or stolen parcels
If your parcel arrives damaged or never arrives, contact us with your order number and we will make it right. If you added Protected shipping at checkout, we replace a lost, stolen or damaged parcel free of charge.
