Returns and refunds

30-day guarantee

You can return your order for a refund within 30 days of the day it was delivered, for any reason. To start a return, contact us through our Contact page with your order number.

How to return

• Contact us first and we will send you the return address and instructions.
• Ship the item back within 30 days of delivery, complete and in its original packaging.
• If your order included free gifts you can send back (for example the batteries), please return them with the order. The recipe guide is a PDF, so there is nothing to return.
• Return shipping is paid by the customer, unless the item arrived damaged, defective or not what you ordered.

Your refund

Once we receive and check your return, we refund the price you paid for the returned items to your original payment method, usually within 5–10 business days. Original shipping charges and the optional Protected shipping fee are not refundable. Your bank may need a few more days to show the money.

Damaged, defective or wrong items

If your item arrives damaged, stops working within 30 days, or is not what you ordered, contact us with your order number and a photo. We will send a replacement or refund you, and we cover the return shipping.

Bundles

If you bought a bundle (for example Buy 2, get 1 free) and return only part of it, we refund the price you actually paid for the returned items, based on the bundle price.

Your rights

This policy does not limit any rights you may have under the laws of your state.
